Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times Because we work with multiple suppliers, delivery windows vary by product and destination:

United States: 5-7 business days, on average, in other occasions 7–14 business days

International: 14–20 business days

Some items may ship separately if ordered together. You'll receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check the cart for current promotions.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking info to update after you receive it.

Delays Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or high demand are outside our control. We appreciate your patience!
